Epistemonikos is a collaborative, multilingual database of health evidence. It is the largest source of systematic reviews relevant for health-decision making, and a large source of other types of scientific evidence. It is a not for profit, open access database. Epistemonikos aim is to identify all of the systematic reviews relevant for health decision-making. The main focus is on systematic reviews and human indexers/searches as well as computer machine language searches across multiple databases to consolidate the evidence for systematic review topics.
