Missed Chats - Making a Ticket
Located in LibChat Menu Stats > Missed Chats tab.
Make the missed chat a “Ticket”. See missed chat Actions for Ticket icon.
It’s fine to reply using outlook email instead of Chat, but create the ticket first and then close when finished.
