Missed Chats - Making a Ticket

  1. Located in LibChat Menu Stats > Missed Chats tab.
  2. Make the missed chat a “Ticket”. See missed chat Actions for Ticket icon.
  3. It’s fine to reply using outlook email instead of Chat, but create the ticket first and then close when finished.

Additional notes for closing tickets

If you are emailing the person with the ticket from outlook do the following:

  1. Check the ticket box
  2. Click the bin icon
  3. Add internal note and click Close Ticket
  4. In confirmation pop out screen, click OK.
