Implementation Science Resource Directory - MACH

How to translate research discoveries to practice, and how to learn from clinical practice about what research needs to be conducted, are not easy tasks. Implementation Science seeks to assist in helping close the gap between the clinical evidence base and the care that is actually delivered in healthcare settings.

The Implementation Science Resource Directory from MACH - the Melbourne Academic Centre for Health (of which St. Vincent's Hospital, Melbourne is a member) provides some useful curated starting points in learning about and utilising this discipline
