National Health Survey: First Results, 2017-18

The 2017-18 National Health Survey is the most recent in a series of Australia-wide health surveys conducted by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

The survey included around 21,000 people aged 15 yrs or older, and asked them regarding their perception of their long-term health conditions, health risk factors such as smoking, overweight and obesity, alcohol consumption and physical activity.

Demographic and socioeconomic data were also collected.

The results are presented in condition and behaviour categories, along with some press releases on the survey.
